The problem: Why analogue jackpot displays no longer work
39%
of European players cite the jackpot as their number one reason for playing — an up-to-date jackpot at the POS is the most direct trigger for impulse purchases
PROBLEM 01
Staffing costs
Each sales assistant updates the jackpot poster manually, or not at all
PROBLEM 02
Missed purchasing opportunities
an out-of-date jackpot does not trigger a purchase and bear legal risks
PROBLEM 03
No consistent brand
image across the entire retail network Data-driven
SOLUTION:
mobivention Digital Signage updates all displays simultaneously, automatically and in real time
What pays off – before the first jackpot rises
Digital signage replaces a manual task that comes up in every retail location every week. The effects can be quantified before the rollout.

WCAG 2.2, demonstrably met
Example calculation
13,000
working hours a year freed up across the network
With 1,000 retail locations and 15 minutes of manual updating per week – plus printing, shipping and the locations where the poster is never changed at all.
Measure the effect before you roll out
We start with 20 to 50 retail locations, with comparable locations without displays as a control group. Over 6 months we measure draw game revenue at normal and at high jackpot levels, scratch card revenue and the change after installation. You decide on the rollout based on your own figures, not on our slides.

Central system A today, central system B tomorrow – your screens stay.
Our digital signage is not a module inside a central system contract. It is an independent platform, which keeps vendor dependency low and leaves signage out of the cost of any future system migration.

Device evaluation
Every device listed here is tested and approved by mobivention. Bring your own device and we check it for remote manageability, continuous operation, brightness, firmware updates and spare part availability. Approving a new device type usually takes [X] weeks.
Every location can be connected
No access to the retailer’s network, no Wi-Fi and no lottery terminal on site required. The display goes live as soon as it has power. That opens up kiosks, petrol stations, supermarkets and outdoor locations without their own IT infrastructure – and leaves the retailer’s network untouched.

We integrate, we don’t replace
Our platform takes jackpots, winning numbers and draw data from the source you already operate: your central system, your existing interfaces or a third party. Which vendor runs it is irrelevant to us, technically and commercially.
We supply the display layer, not the gaming system.
Feeds
Real-time feeds for jackpots, winning numbers and draw videos from any source
REST API
Documented in both directions for content, device status and reporting
Content
Single upload or media library inside the CMS – plus third-party feeds where an interface exists
Vendor-neutral
No lock-in to a central system, terminal or display supplier

Frequently asked questions
Your question is not here? Talk to our lottery specialists.
01
Because signage is then tied to the term and the vendor of your central system. If you change systems, the display layer is up for renegotiation too. Our platform stays, whoever runs your central system – and still takes its data from it.
02
In many cases yes. We check your existing devices for remote manageability, continuous operation and firmware updates, and approve them if running them over the planned term makes commercial sense. Where it does not, we say so before you procure.
03
The data source changes, the platform does not. Displays, CMS, campaigns and user permissions stay as they are. The switch affects the interface, not the rollout.
04
We do, if you want: preconfiguration, shipping, remote management, monitoring, replacement devices and SLA. Your retail staff does nothing but switch the screen on.
05
Typically [X] weeks from order to the first live display, including device procurement and eSIM provisioning. No existing network connection at the retail location is required.
